I picked up a Maverick Lariat Hybrid last week for a dealer. Person who ordered it backed out. I checked Ford Recall Notice with my Vin. It said no recalls. ( deflecting from topic but I did it anyway... :) )
Enjoy! It’s a great truck, but definitely has some quality issues.

Yeah, but I have a Tesla Model 3, and Ford quality is MUCH better.....but yeah. Had a lot of Audi's..that was quality. O well. As long as I don't break down in the hills of Eastern Oregon when it's 105 degrees, I will accept it.

Enjoy! It’s a great truck, but definitely has some quality issues.
Agree- Been in the shop a bunch- With a 1st year vehicle and my fear of BS we kept our 3rd car around just in case- Honda Element- Even at 230K it wont take no for an answer :)

Update on my saga with the same issue as OP. Dealership called me 4/12/23 and asked if my truck was still at the dealership :mad:. How can you not know if you have the vehicle there??? Apparently they fired the service advisor that was overseeing my case because he was terrible. He wasn't keeping notes on anything and wasn't working to get anything resolved. The new advisor said she was going to put it in as an "emergency situation," but I'm still not expecting anything done any time soon. It's been at the dealer since 2/7. I'm fully expecting that whenever they do get the new PCM that it won't resolve the issue and I'll then be like the OP and waiting on a full exhaust replacement. Seems like Ford should have figured out by now that the PCM replacement isn't fixing anything. Hope others are having better luck than I am. Sure miss my truck.
