If Ford keeps the cost where it should be, I would expect the sales to continue to be strong among all age groups. Please do!We're so glad you love your Maverick! Thanks for being a loyal member of the Ford Family!
It's nice having a lot of extra room in the garage now too. I'm an old guy and if I can figure out how to add pictures I will. Can't stop from adding accessories to the Mav.How about some pictures? I noticed you didn't mention needing a football field to turn around with the 4x4 crew compared to tooling around with the Maverick crew.
I expect my Maverick will last a long time. I like the simplicity of the hybrid. I hope the rust protection will help.I like mine, but I don’t expect any maverick to last 20 years.
I too, love my little truck! I was making raised bed garden boxes and made frequent trips to Lowe's to buy wood. Believe it or not, I was able to haul 2 x 4 x 10' cedar boards in my little truck. I kept my tailgate up and put the boards in there and used ratchet straps to secure them. I did that multiple times per week.i bought 5 F-150s 4 doors between 2001 and 2023. Liked every one of them. Then at age 73 ended up with long term Covid and found it was hard to get in them. Traded for a Maverick Lariat last July and absolutely love it. Now I chuckle at those guys with the F-150 crew cabs driving around at 18-19 mpg. Sure there is lots of room in the back for passengers which happens maybe 1-2 times a year and they can haul 10 foot 2x4s which they did 2 years ago, but if need be, I can borrow my son's F-150. Also, I average 28 mpg as I zip into paking stalls while watching those F-150s backing up and going forward a couple times trying to get in a parking stall. Thanks Ford for creating THE PEOPLE'S TRUCK.
