I've noticed that several of the exterior colors have "multiple personalities"; most notably both the 'Cactus' and 'Carbonized' greys, 'AltoBlue', and 'RedPepper'... each can look vastly different depending on the lighting.

I'd like to get the black reflective, and also do calipers, but blue or black on the calipers? What do y'all think?

I think the calipers are just too small for painting. But that's me.

Thanks for the info! Now I just gotta wait some time for my Carbonized Gray Maverick to get in so I can get the red ford cover and red lettering. Going to look sick with my dark gray and red Bucs Florida plate and red Bucs plate on the front!

I've been thinking of doing something like this when I get my truck, but I have a question. How are these stuck on and would they last the life of the vehicle? Washes, sun, rain, snow, etc? If they have to be replaced, does it remove the paint underneath?

I know that the vinyl letters that I've put on my Harley have lasted well for the two years and before that I put some on my helmet and they've been on there for 6 years and still going strong. I'm sure what the paint would be like underneath if I peeled them off, but then again I've never considered peeling them off. The stuff I get from my buddy is a 3m product, the same stuff used on First Responder vehicles so it very tough and highly reflective.

Can't speak for the other shades but the alto blue is much nicer up close and in person than it looks in photos. In shade it looks almost black, in bright light the blue is very profound. And the one I saw was basically filthy from sitting outside in the rain. If I wasn't going with black I would definitely get the alto blue.

The carbonized grey looks fantastic in the photos and I'd really like to see the hot pepper red even though red is not my style.

Those letters look like a camo pattern - ? Is this on of the options? Might look great on a Cactus Gray Mav.
