Have it shipped and take a revised road trip later.

Good points, the 30days are not just a Granger imposed period. An additional complication with storing it could be sales tax and registration so be sure to look into that. There could be some sort of time limit to get it out of state without paying those. I don't have clue how that would work. There could also be car insurance issues with storing it like that so be sure to ask about that too.
LOL - sorry, Its been so long since I registered - but NE stands for either New England or North East - not Nebraska - its a good 2 day drive out there, arriving lateYou live in Nebraska, an adjacent state! Just drive over on a Saturday and get it. How bad can it be?!!

Granger policy is 30 days (no problems, its policy) - Granger mentioned you also lose price protection if deal is not done within 30days. I spoke with insurance - told them the plan, no problem, not an issue. I also spoke with storage place, no problem, need to get my own lock. I spoke with Granger as well, no problem - need to send them a cashier's check or wire money, send lock, code & unit number and signed application back for out of state transfer title. Iowa then sends me transfer title, which along with MCO/BOS will get me NY plates to bring out to truck. If transfer title does not arrive in time, we'll have transit plates. (probably use these anyway...) Iowa does not collect sales tax, I pay NY sales tax upon registration. Time limits are not an issue for such a short storage period - no one seems to care where the vehicle is.Good points, the 30days are not just a Granger imposed period.
Placed order w/ Granger 11/5/21, got canceled, arrived 2/10/23 as a '23When did you order. Where do you live.
Ah...that makes a little more sense on the timeline.LOL - sorry, Its been so long since I registered - but NE stands for either New England or North East - not Nebraska - its a good 2 day drive out there, arriving late
I hear that breakfast pizza is legit ?You hit the highlights. Casey's is the best pizza place in most small towns. Hard to beat. Menards has EVERYTHING you need. Threy often have items that are totally free after rebate, but how many hex key sets and box knives is too many? The truck stop is bigger than many towns and has some great displays.
Oh, Yeah, about the truck . . . congratulations.
