For anyone that has it already or has seen one at the dealers, what’s it like in terms of size, inside, exterior? Do the pictures do it justice or was it more or less impressive in person?

The interior definitely reminds me more of an SUV, but it is certainly comfortable. The pictures are definitely a little glamourous, but it is a nice interior and my opinion wasn't negatively affected at all. Looking forward to my 25OCT build date. Cyber Orange looks really good in person IMO, which is fortunately what I had ordered.

It's not a luxury car but my XLT's interior is nicer than I anticipated. Cactus Gray is incredible IRL and pics do not do it justice. It goes well with the blue and orange in the interior. For the price, I am thoroughly impressed with the size, quality and performance so far.

How was the actual like size of the truck itself?

Feels bigger than I expected and to me doesn't come across as "mini" at all. I actually had someone ask me if it was a new Ranger. Obviously anybody familiar with them knows the size difference, but realistically it is easy to maneuver and drive while not feeling small or like a toy car. Interior feels more spacious than I anticipated. I am 5'11" and can fit in the back easily. Would I want to be in the back for an 11 hour road trip? No but adults could easily fit in the back for short runs without issue IMO.

A week in, it has exceed the expectations I had and is a winner at each trim & price point I think.

I am biding my time until I pick up Saturday! In the meantime, reading your comment and watching the reviews this week, I get a strong feeling that for the simple fact that it was not built trying to be something it is not, that the interior is refreshing and different from all the fake textures and piano black finishes automakers try to add to make something look upscale, when the quality doesn't match.

The Maverick to me looks really good, and is exactly what it is meant to be - or not trying to be something it isn't!

I was able to see one in person today for the first time since ordering and was impressed. I was thinking it would be too small and coming from a 2016 F150 Crew Cab I was happy with the size. I liked the f150 but I hated parking it and it never fit in my garage.

The performance was better than expected and it had plenty of highway passing power and off the line performance.

It arrived on the lot yesterday and I was the third person to test drive it today. It sold right as I was leaving the lot.

It's a mixed bag. Interior is more modern and spacious than the Ranger, but you can definitely tell it's a budget vehicle from the fit and finish. The buttons on the wheel and the (XLT) seats stand out as feeling cheap. The driving response is fantastic, it feels like an elongated crossover, which is a compliment. The flex bed is the star of the show feature-wise.

I'm disappointed with how low everything is, from seating position to the tailgate, but many will like that.

This trucklette is begging for a tremor package :)

Got a chance to see one for the first time today at the Dealership, Was sold so we could not start it, but got the keys and was able to look it over inside and out, even got to turn the power on.
This was a XLT EB. no extras. First impression was WOW that bed it short, but once I got up to it and checked it out, I am very happy with the size.
As for room I am 5'11" 250lb, I had more room in the drivers seat than I do in my wife's Rouge and with the front seat in a good driving position I was able to sit in back with about 3 inches of leg room left over, would be fine for around town or a short trip, but would not want to do a 6 hour trip. The kids would be fine, with room to move around. Again compared to the Rouge it has more room in the back also. Like I've seen posted before its more like a SUV with a bed than a truck and I expect it to ride that way, But when you see it you do not think SUV you think truck if that makes any since to you.

I actually loved the seating and bed height. Makes it easier to get into the truck and load items in the bed.

I was able to test drive an Ecoboost version of the XLT with the luxury package and I really did like it. The space in the front felt more roomy than my Toyota Tacoma and the back seat is actually usable which is great. The seating position is not too high up and there is plenty of headroom with or without the sunroof. I was debating about getting the Area 51 or Cactus Gray and I settled on Cactus Gray due to seeing one in person. The materials are going to be hard plastics, but they don't feel flimsy by any means.
