I received an update from Ford. Wiring harness ship date is now 2nd week of July. I stopped by the body shop and the truck had been reassembled to the point of needing the harness. It looks great. I stopped by my insurance and asked for options as I'm being strung along and don't expect the part to actually ship this year. I see that the retail price increased from $135 to $165. If any reader has a line on one of these let me know. $$$ reward! SZ6Z15K867BA

Well my friends, this situation is finally on track for resolution. My insurance company absolutely does nothing to assist me and does not return calls. I even drove to their office and met with their staff. They could have paid an extra $384 to have a specialist come to rebuild my truck's wiring harness, but instead left my truck out of service indefinitely waiting on a less expensive solution. I paid for the specialist yesterday and he's coming Monday. After the wiring is repaired, the body shop will complete repairs. I should have my truck next week.

As I could have had my truck repaired weeks ago and given the lack of communication from my insurance company, I'll be shopping for insurance or at the very least, trimming my policy down considerably.

Great news on getting your truck back but what a shame with the way your insurance company handled the whole affair.

I generally swap insurance companies every 3 years or so to get better rates. Familiarity breeds contempt with insurance companies.
