So I’m sitting here waiting for my pizza to be finished and I get this thought… the pre21 ford Escapes had paddle shifters on the 2.0t and the Lincoln nautilus does also I believe (maybe with the tow package)..
A lot of issues people are having on the dyno is the locking of a gear to get a proper dyno reading. (Not that dyno numbers actually matter)..
I have ZERO knowledge of forscan but if I was able to get the steering wheel, paddle shifter assembly, and wiring. (Probably would need other things but it’s a quick, hungry thought anyways) would I be able to code the PCM/TCM to allow me to use the paddles in sport mode successfully?
(I’m not asking about cost or cost effectiveness, this is simple speculation outside of the financial realm currently.. plus I work for a ford dealer so cost is whatever)
