Hi, 3 days into enjoying my '24 Carbonized Gray Hybrid Lariat. Bought from Long McArthur in Kansas. Getting paperwork together to register it here in Maryland. Can anyone confirm if a Maryland inspection is required prior to registering? Seems silly, but MVA website is unclear (says 'most used vehicles require inspection, but doesn't clearly address new vehicles). AAA seems to think an inspection is required. Thanks in advance for any guidance!
UPDATE: Maryland Inspection is NOT required if you have the 'Certificate of Origin' from Ford that the dealer should provide you with in the sales paperwork. Local Ford dealers were more than happy to schedule an inspection (at $100-$150). AAA processed my tag/title and I payed my sales tax, registration/tag/title fees, and am good to go!
