March 3rd engine misfire/clanking

No flashing engine light still, this is an update from my Sunday post. Except this situation has been longer. It has been occurring for more than 5 minutes. The “ramble” is so strong it shakes my steering wheel. It sounds like “clanking”. I’ve heard engine damper is the cause, but I also still get misfire CEL’s still. Back ordered exhuast hopefully coming soon. Idk if the exhuast is the “root” of all issues, but I’m not sure.

Was your truck experiencing any anomalies before the quake?

This is what my 2023 Hybrid XL, (33904 miles) experienced today. Was able to limp home mostly on battery.

CEL with misfire warning. Strong sulfur smell from exhaust. Rough idle.

Ford is having it towed to dealer this afternoon.

Must confess this has me a bit worried.
