I know there has been several posts about both power and Manual rear sliding glass option for the Maverick and whether It’s useful or practical or not. In my case I purchased a 22 Maverick XL brand new and have been doing some modifications to my liking - I liked the idea of a rear sliding glass since I occasionally transport my 80 pound yellow lab in the back and she likes to peek through and check on us. The grandkids sit in the back and it’s nice to lower the front windows and open the rear slider for a cross breeze they seem to like that / I saw a few used sliders on eBay, both power and manual for what still seemed like a pretty good premium.

I found this aftermarket slider from national auto glass direct located in south El Monte, California - it was $403 with free shipping - it’s identical and design to the OEM factory glass but the center glass is approximately 2 inches wider, which was fine by me since the OEM is so tiny- The rear view from inside is perfectly fine/ Your local glass guy charged me $75 for the removal and installation. I boxed up and saved my old glass just in case. I hope some of you guys find this useful -

I was very interested in buying a manual back window slider after truck purchase, but my local glass company estimates between $300-$400 for removal and installation!

Maybe find an experienced independent glass guy - it was a very straight forward procedure - there was no interior trim removal - he used a wire cord glass tool with handles to cut the one piece glass out from the outside (less than 30 minutes)- minor cleaning and prep after the glass was out - he then layed a V shaped bead of urethane on the slider - placed it and taped it( 20 minutes ) , I had to leave the tape on for about 12 hours - that’s it! / I know the guy so he only charged me $80 , I asked him what his normal price for doing this on a Maverick would be and he said $120 labor plus the tube of urethane for $28 - I’m in the Central Valley Ca so I’m not sure what going rates are elsewhere but we all know Ca is expensive - hope this helps

It looks like you lose a bit of vertical window height with the slider rails?

Also, any leakage issue during heavy rain?

Does anyone actaully have the "Breezer" ?
When you remove the glass are you able to store it behind the rear seat without too much fear of damaging the glass ?
