Thinking about it more... won't the doors just open just by putting your hand in the handle with the fob already in the truck? Looks like you have the luxury package... maybe it was different pre MY25?

If so, literally anyone just trying the handle to see if it is locked would be able to drive it away. That's literally the same as leaving it unlocked.

You have to wrap the key or place it in a special box to block the signals from getting through.. I used multiple epass bags and then hid the fob inside. Pressing the keystart does nothing. Alarms etc all work still as they should since the car can't see the fob.

My favorite part of this how you used it as an excuse to be a new piece of machinery (and accessories) "for a good cause." This is why I spend hundreds of dollars on guns, ammo, hunting gear, bird dog, etc. - all the "free" meat.

The truck keeps track of where the fob is - inside or outside the cabin. Always has.

Hence the reason the Lock all button with fob in truck results in all unlock and double honk.
Lock all with fob outside truck results in ..... lock all.
