After finally finding my Lariat in transit, this morning I found out that mine is one of the ones affected by the fuel tank recall because of the SIBL I guess this will add another 4–6 weeks to the waiting game

Mine has been sitting at dealership for nearly 3 weeks and they have no idea when they will get tank replacements.
Its the mushroom complex, keep you in the dark and feed you BS! LOL!

If you have to wait for a gas tank,I would think the dealership would check your gas tank while you are waiting. I got my Maverick in November and my dealership did tell me mine will be recalled. I didn't get anything from Ford yet.
