I am in the middle of swapping a '22 XLT w/Lux package into my '25 XLT. The fault I get which is in the RCM is B00A0 -AF, incorrect component installed. Pretty sure if I put the correct code in this spot the light will clear. My original seat was 4 way manual no heat. "22 seat is 6 way manual with heat.

Does anyone with a '22 XLT with the Lux package who scanned there vehicle have there as built code for this spot?

THanks for the help

Are you looking for the coding for the RCM module from a 22 XLT LUX to input it into your new 2025 maverick to remove the DTC ?? Is that right?

Thanks for all the support. I have come to learn this will not fix the issue. The RCM stores the calibration data for the PAD Occupant Classification System. When you put in a new seat the calibration doesn't match what is stored. This causes the air bag light.

There are only two ways to fix the issue. Try to due a OCS module reset/calibration. There is a procedure to do this, You get 2 tries. Then you need OCS service kit. which is basically all new parts OCS in the passenger seat. The problem with this is Forscan can't do this level of reset.

The other way to fix this is to take the OCS system from my original '25 seat and swap it into the '22 seat. When you plug the seat back in the calibration matches what's stored in memory by the RCM. and the light goes out or at least cleared by Forscan.

I have been trying to avoid having to take the seats apart. I could end up with 2 bad seats and end up having to get the OCS Service kit anyway.

Trying to decide what is the next best step forward. In the mean time I'm putting the stock '25 seat back in. I believe it will be easier to do the drivers since there is no OCS system in the seat.

I'm curious as to what the reason is for switching the seats?

My wife bought me the truck for Valentines day and she doesn't like that the passengers seat is the four way manual with no height adjust and no heat. Out of curiosity I searched the local used parts places on line and found the seats out of a '22 XLT with the Lux package. The passengers is a 6 way manual with heat. The drivers is a full power seat with heat. The air bags have not been deployed in either seat. I got both of them for $799.

The passengers has been much more of a pain because of the Occupant Classification System, to determine weather or not the passenger air bags are on or off, none of which are in the drivers seat.

Short answer is to make my wife happy after buying me a truck.

Today I put the OEM '25 seat back in today and the air bag light cleared on the drivers dash, and the passenger on/off started working again. I' going to have to decide if I want to take the OCS system out of the '25 seat and put it into the '22 seat. I leaning to wanting to do it just want to watch some more videos and do more research.
