It looks like Nationwide Recycling in Lancaster has a set. They're priced at $199.00 per wheel, but I think that includes the tires. You can look them up on car-part.com.

Brian, if you are using the steelies for winter tires like I did be sure to get the XL lug nuts too. I found out the hard way that the XLT lug nuts have a smaller head so the XL center caps do not push on and stay per this video I posted from Park City. I hope this helps you.
