Looking for insight on another private offer question/possible issue (2023->2024)

Looking for some insight and help. I originally ordered on 9/16/2022 (XLT, Hybrid, lux) at my smaller local dealer which then did not get produced. Got the "I'm sorry email, but we will offer incentive if your order carries over" email. So I then re-ordered in July when the order banks opened up. My salesman initially put it under new order with different order number, but I insisted this needed to be corrected so I could be eligible for any private offer added. They sent me COVP with the new and corrected order number to match my order from 2023. I was getting the 45 day emails on my 2023 order, but stopped getting them with 2024 order. Not sure why this is even though I have confirmed email with dealer multiple times and they insist it is in there correctly.

I figured everything got transitioned correctly considering I was able to verify order with customer service using my original order code from 2023 and found that I had the priority 2 with my new order. I found out I got scheduled build date for Dec 11, through customer service chat and was excited. Then I started to read some threads about checking for private offer certificate with Ford Marketing. So I called them today and the gentleman verified my order and found my info, but told me I had to private offer on this order. I told him all of the info above and he continued But I am wondering why I would have the same order code from my 2023 order and have a priority 2 before getting scheduled if the order ended up being placed wrong.

Is there something I am missing, or do I still need to give a little time for my certificate to come that is closer to my build date? I mainly reordered this truck because of the private offer as I did not want ot pay the 3000-4000$ increase. Trying to keep some hope up as it has been a long and patient wait, but will be bummed if I do not get the private offer. So I leave it to you MTC, to give me some insight as you have all been such a great help during this wait and long process.

Your private offer should be showing now.... The order number does need to match in order for the certificate to be generated.... I'm not sure on the timing, but it looks like something went wrong.
Your dealership needs to contact their sales rep/inventory specialist. That person will collect info, and contact someone else, who will hopefully be able to manually add a certificate for you!


Regarding emails, either Ford is not sending updates. Or your dealer didn't put your email in the correct place in WBDO.
