Hey y'all. I've been lurking in this forum since before I ordered my Maverick in August of 2021. I finally got it last week (October, 2022) after a 14 month wait. My Maverick is an XLT in Alto Blue. I figured now is as good a time as ever to actually join. I probably won't post a whole lot, but I have already found the information here to be helpful.

I admire you for having suffered in silence! I also waited 14 months for my hybrid, but I did whine here more than once. It was very frustrating, but so far it has been totally worth the wait. The Maverick Hybrid is a very impressive truck.

Welcome - and congratulations on the new Maverick! I have been on the site for several months and have recently ordered a MY2023 Atlas Blue XLT. I can't wait to get it ...

This site has been incredibly helpful as I went back and forth contemplating trim level, engine, and several different options. This is a great group and I've definitely learned a great deal!

Congrats on your Maverick. I picked my Maverick today (18 October 2022). Only waited 436 days (14 months). Picture is located in rapid red club.

So far yeah. It checks all the boxes: small truck, good mpg, didn't break the bank, and goes from point a to point b. But the wait wasn't really painful. I placed my order and carried on with life. When I placed the order I knew then that I'd be lucky if I got it by the end of summer. I just set my expectations low and therefore wasn't disappointed.
