Location to tap into center brake light wire?

The brake light switch behind the brake pedal is really tucked away so I am looking for another location to tap into the wire. I am running a Ready Brake tow bar with surge brake that mechanically pulls the Maverick’s brake pedal. To verify it is working properly a wire needs to run from the Maverick brake light to an LED in the motorhome dash. There is a waterproof connector that disconnects the line when I am not towing my Maverick behind the motorhome.
