Does anyone know what those rubber grommets are for? I just had our LineX done this week as well and the only part they sprayed over were the grommets, everything else was taken out and put back in perfectly.
In addition to drainage that @GPCC_PeaCe mentions, they can also be used to pass electrical cables through for any lighting or outlet DIY additions that customers may want to add to the bed.

Does anyone know the part numbers for the rubber grommets in the bed? I believe there are two types. Couldn't find it in any threads.
I hope I'm not too late to this thread! My Line-X installer did a similarly shitty job (broke bins, sprayed over flexbed power covers, sprayed over grommets, didn't spray L brackets, sprayed so thin the cyber orange could be seen through it) and I'm going through the process of having them replace everything and make it right.

Here are the part numbers for the grommets. You probably got it all sorted out by now but this is to help anyone in the future:
- W715396-S300
- W718717-S300
- W703638-S300

Same exact thing happened to me. Grommets covered, small crack in 1 of the bins, over spray above driver door somehow. They said they would drill a hole in the grommets to fit the tonneau cover I have, and felt that cutting/respraying wouldn't look good. I feel like I'd rather have a legitimate, permanent solution though.

@GPCC_PeaCe, how did things turn out in the end? Curious how it looks in the areas where the grommets are and if it looks like a legit solution or just a janky fix.

The rest of my bed looks great though. It does seem like they did a good job besides the couple of small, prep related things. L brackets are covered for me, don't seem to have any issue so far.

I had Line-X done yesterday at a place I had my Ranger done at last year. Prior to having my Ranger done, I saw pictures of others Line-X jobs and saw that they rarely took anything out and sprayed over rubber plugs, which makes them useless.

Both times, I removed everything, let them spray, then reinstalled everything back. It does require chasing out threads with a tap.

I just got done putting everything back in the Maverick a about a half hour ago. All seems good.

As far as the crack in the bin, mine is cracked like that (though not split). All I did was remove it when discovered, so it is likely a factory doing.

I just got my bed sprayed with Line X spray-in bedliner. They sprayed all the rubber grommets and didn't take them out before spraying. Wasn't sure if this was how they were suppose to do it. Then I looked on the forums and saw other owners didnt have their grommets sprayed. Should I be concerned? Should I bring this to the shops attention? It was line-x of Lanier in georgia. Wow just found out my side led bed lightning doesn't work now. Nothing happens when I push the button.
When my F150 was sprayed by Line X they removed every bolt, including on the tail gate. If your retailer sprayed over them is it was a $hit job.
