afaik, LED headlights and bulb replacements offer zero advantage, and cause other problems that need fixing in order for them to function.

Unless a vehicle is equipped with LEDs from the factory, it's kind of a fool's errand or enthusiast project to try to add them.

LED, HID, etc. do not give more or better lumens (if legal limits are not exceeded). And often they are of that annoying, nay, VIOLENT blue spectrum that blinds everyone else on the road, especially if the legal lumen limit is exceeded. Makes me wish I had a FGM 148 mounted on top sometimes.
It is not necessarily about the lumens. The fact that LEDs reach full brightness much, much more quickly than incandescent/halogens has been known for decades... with meaningful safety implications.

I did the full Lasfit kit and Diode Dynamics rear taillight LED bulbs, and disabled hyperflash with Forscan. Zero hyperflash for me, everything works perfectly.

Did you go with Diode HP11s or XP80s?
I'm pretty familiar with Forscan. So, I'll just disable hyperflash there.

I wound up doing none of the above for my ‘22 Maverick.

For the brake lights/rear turn signals, I kept both the left and right bottom OEM incandescent bulbs in place. For the top left and right bulbs, I installed Amazon’s Zonbeam brands LED for Ford Maverick. They have an integrated fan to keep themselves cool. Everything has been working as I hoped, thus far. 1) Top two brake lights are noticeably BRIGHTER than the OEM bulbs. 2) The electrical system is reading as if all incandescent bulbs are there. 3) No hyper flashing! I did not make any Forscan adjustments. With all four LED brake lights installed, I would get hyper flashing like crazy.

For the 3rd Brake Light, I added a strobe brake light that quickly pulses 6 times before staying solid red. Added two Lasfit LED bulbs up there for additional visibility. Has been problem free for almost 3 years.

I have not been rear ended yet (knock on wood). In this regard, it is better to be seen than to be heard (crashing). 😂

Anyone tested their before / after videos with the truck running, to compare brightness?
I know the speed if light on can make a difference too.

I still haven't taken a picture of the 3rd brake light only being swapped out, and if much brighter - but I like the initial strobe effect.
