Lastfit LED's burning out

Has anyone had problems with their lastfit lights? So far all 4 of my brake lights have gone out (months apart) and also my driver side marker light. I've had these lights less than a year and am curious if I just got unlucky or they are bad.

No issues yet, but I've only had the signal lights and rear red lights for 9 1/2 months so far.

That sounds very suspicious since LEDs should not burn out with that frequency. It makes me wonder if there is something weird going on with the voltage/amperage being supplied by the harness. Maybe it is frying the LEDs.

I have only had mine installed for about a month.....but I will keep an eye on mine.

Curious, did your dash warning light come on to tell you when they went out? Or did you need to figure it out manually? Maybe you got hyper-flashing when using your turn signal? Although you said brake lights, not turn signals.....

The rear brake lights and signals are the same bulb. The Lasfit ones seem to only hyperflash after they have been on a for a while, a round 2-3 minutes with signal on. Never when when no turn signal is in use, at least for me anyway. Not sure about the OP.

So the brake lights are also the turn signals for the rear and I did get hyper-flashing when both went out on one side. The other side I noticed one was out, then a month or two later the other went out.

It would still hyperflash when signaling.

my upper driver side taillight just went out the other day, swapping sockets doesn't light up but they don't hyper flash or show any other indication of being out while inside the cab. just over a year since i bought 2 sets for all four tail lights, so far just the one is out

Yes I have had two go out on me one front turn signal and one cargo light .They have a one year guarantee just contact them by phone and they will send you a new one they replaced both by with no problem at all.

Still make me worry a bit. The whole point is because they should last longer.

I just noticed that one cargo light went out after 4 months. Lasfit is sending a new pair under warranty.

I would contact them and see if they’ll replace them. LEDs are supposed to last a long time, certainly longer than a few months.

I did and they did replace them but I bought them because they should last a very long time. So I just wanted to see if other people experienced the same thing
