You are definitely confused, ActiveX is "not" just vinyl. According to the patent it is Synthetic Leather, and has already been around for years. It's been tested and is in fact more durable than leather and vinyl.

I guess i got a deal on tint, 8 windows including WS, was $260. Definitely get the WS done, stops glare as well. Go 1-2 shades from clear.

The seats are very comfortable for what they are. They do get sweaty/sticky but its been 110, and we cruise for hours. I keep them lathered up with protective. I thought i wouldnt like the clashing colors, but i really enjoy it, 3 shades of blue, tan, bronze trim.

I understand. I’ve had active x in another vehicle so I knew what I was in for. I bought these just to put in for the summer and they worked. No more sweaty back. They are cheap, easy to remove and machine washable.

Vinyl is synthetic leather. You do understand that they renamed it with slight variations and some improvements but it's just a marketing gimmick. Don't get me wrong if I didn't live in Phoenix Arizona I rI would have gotten them since I like the look. However I am not going to sit here and say it's more durable than leather. Other than Ford which came out with this "new" synthetic leather aka vinyl, where are you getting information that it is more durable? Especially since it's only been out for a couple of years lol
