I’m having the same issue with a brand new XLT I bought last week - system is on but it does nothing. Can I send you my vin as well?

Save yourself the trouble and just call your local dealer or wherever you would get warranty work done. The FORD account here exists for data collection above all else and that's all they will do for you anyways after taking said information.
