Key pad works now Senior moment

I bought a 22 XLT hybrid a few months ago. Really liking the truck. But I noticed the keypad won’t unlock the door when I enter the code. It will lock the doors if I push the bottom buttons but won’t unlock. I tried using the factory code and I also tried with a code that I programmed into it. I disconnected the 12 volt neg cable for 30 mins and reconnected and still won’t work. Any suggestions o how to get it working? TIA

Yes I got it from the label. On th panel under the passenger floor board.

Yeah I was afraid of that. I have a question how do I enter the even numbers on the key pad

Yeah but what if the number is 6080? I’ve had other fords that had keypads an I just pushed the same button twice for the even number ie 5/6 for number 6

Ok what if it is 60810. To enter 6 do I push the 5/6 button 2 times and should I wait a second between pushing just push it right a way.

No, Don't wait.
You have less than 6 seconds to enter all five numbers.
My code has 55 in it. I definitely push the 5 button twice quickly without a problem.

Only push the button one time for either number. if your pushing it twice for 6 you are entering the number twice. Hope this helps.
