Though my cap dealer in Phoenixville pa.Not showing on Leer’s site, how was this great looking piece ordered?
180 pounds and i think it is a little better time will tell. What does it weigh and how does it affect the MPGs. Looks great BTW
I put mine on about 2000 miles ago - my average mileage went up by about .5 MPG (2.0L eco-boost), but I also put the roof racks on at the same time. What does it weigh and how does it affect the MPGs. Looks great BTW
No, they don't put racks or rails on the topper. You could install them yourself, but void the warranty. Was a ladder rack listed as an option ?
Is that for just brand/model that voids of warranty. My buddies F150 with leer topper has rails which cross bars attach too which was done be dealer no voiding of warranty. No, they don't put racks or rails on the topper. You could install them yourself, but void the warranty.
Looks fantastic. Does water get in the small gap?Just received my Leer cap. Fits great.
All come painted.Id go on the site, but it's not there (as previously posted). I actually prefer the unpainted look. Would anyone mind telling me cost non-painted?
I really like the color of your truck, does your shell leak at all along the bed rails? I have the same cap on my truck and it leaks.Just received my Leer cap. Fits great.
Mine leaks, but I think some of it comes from the plastic cladding Ford uses on the bed rails and back of the cab. That looks great and every time I see someone post one, I'm tempted to go this route instead of tonneau. I see there is a minor gap, is it water tight? I'm not talking driving in the rain, I'm talking about summer gulley-washer while at the store tight.
