Yep, plum purdy but she can work too. Got the race car out of storage for a little testing. Right at 4K limit by swapping my e-bike for the traditional pit bike.
Driving to the Arctic Circle is one thin, driving to Prudhoe is an entirely different animal. YouTube is your friend, Alaska is an amazing adventure however far you go.
Disappointed to lose the feature on my 23 XLT when trading for a 26 Lariat so for my long runs and parking at dark-thirty I’m just sticking the key in a faraday bag and stashing it ……
Traded my 23 XLT Hybrid for the 26 Lariat Hybrid yesterday. The features Lariat offers was compelling (especially combined with AWD and 4K) and the wife went gaga over Ruby Red.
Test driving the 25 Lariat I was very impressed with the 360, the larger screen really provides the overall vision. Heated leather was fast and HOT. Have you considered just canceling the order and ordering a Lariat? I’m spoiled with adaptive cruise as well.
Thanks for posting some actual timelines. Dealer has offered a good trade deal on my 23 XLT Hybrid toward a 2025 Lariat with BP and 4K so trying to decide if I should just order a 26. Looking for all the Lariat extras and 4K.
The app is reportedly being updated but in its current form I think I’d instead go with the Tekonsha Prodigy RF, particularly if only using a single trailer, particularly if you can find a good used one.
Just like when I drove a Cummins powered truck or MH, shoot for the RPM closest to peak torque. You effectively do the same thing seeking the best speed which yields the highest MPG, it’s definitely not 75-80. Just like an EV, cold has a big impact as well. After having a hybrid for six months...
Brad, I can’t find the thread about where you bought the baseplate since Demco’s site doesn’t show it as available.
I always struggle with the search function. BTW my Wonder RL pulled the race car this weekend without breaking a sweat (CAT scales proved I could easily stay below the gross...
Based on all of your extensive work with Demco to get theirs ready for primetime (of course manufacturing consistency on Ford's part would have helped but my 30 year aerospace career demonstrated repeatedly that 'as built' is seldom 'as designed') I keep waiting for the Demco site to say I can...
