My wife had a Volvo when I met her with a huge analog clock on it. She said that was the best feature of the car. We have been together for almost 17 years, and she still talks about that clock. If my wife was the daily driver of the maverick, that is exactly what I would have done! Amazing use of space

Richard, funny, there was a time when an analog clock was in most cars, usually the same size as the speedometer, or a small one in the middle of the dash, but that was when the ignition was on the dash and the dimmer switch was on the floor.

My Lincoln Mark IV was that way. Big old clock, all up in there.

I remember one car, Buick Opel Manta, had the windshield washer button on the floor. Was like stepping on a turkey baster bulb. No washer motor needed.

Hear, hear! I could tell that it's an analog watchface but that's about it. These days, I can't see the little calendar window on my Timex Expedition either...but the phone's lock screen keeps me in the loop.

Beautiful...exactly what I did with mine. I went with the rectangular analog clock.
