We just had to pay for new tags on the F150 that we are using as a trade-in for the Maverick. I take that as a sign that we will soon get good news about our order.

It could happen!

Basically, the F150 has remained parked in the garage on a trickle charger. We have driven it 3 times since Oct 23rd for a total of 75 miles.

So you are saying that because you spent money on your tags you will get your Maverick now?
If that's the case, I should soon get good news on my truck too, cuz I just had to replace a tire on my current ride, so I should get my Maverick now too.

I just put brakes all around on my 204,000 mile Element. That's how confident I am about getting my Maverick real soon. BTW the Element had about 185,000 miles when I ordered my Maverick. You know "Fall 2021 Delivery" as per Ford. I am definitely keeping the Element for a while, in case I need to take the Maverick in for any recalls etc...
