I've done plenty more mods and received another 1st place win(💛🖤Ty so much 💛🖤) to my Tonka-fied Maverick since my last post and I love them all. I Plan to document them and update my story here soon, but this mod hits hard for me and it can’t wait.

@MABETT fender flares just knocks it out of the park. Are you kidding me...it's what's been missing this whole time.

I had Muslogy's mud flaps and did a dry fit with the flares, and they were compatible. Muslogy's and Ford's mud flaps are so similar, I would say Ford's would be compatible as well, but Mabett's mud flaps are by far superior. They provide several more inches of coverage and are flexible.

I'm in disbelief at the huge difference it all makes my rig look, more like a truck than a toy, ya know... Tonka tough.

We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying the fender flares , and it makes us proud to know it's meeting your expectations.

If you have any more feedback or suggestions, feel free to share them with us—we’d love to hear more!

Just looking to share my mods I've done over the past couple months within my pay grade. The Tonka came to me very late in the long game most of us are playing with Ford, (500+) but was my first mod. They were fun a.f. as I've never done anything to my vehicles in the past. My last mod was my favorite because it took some outside the box thinking, drilling, and grinding, being the cargo hooks that attach and slide along the rail system and also lock in place. Now for the list with pics. Thanks for playing.

Exterior: Tonka decals, Tonka license plate frame, Tonka puddle lights, Maverick lettering, mud flaps, fender guards (choose this route to blend with muds flaps) and used it to do the tailgate and hood, bug deflector, door guards (they cover the entire edge of the doors all around), and my fav - the cargo hooks.

Interior: gear shift cover and storage divider, radio cover, dash storage bin with phone mount, USB ambient lights (1 in back lighting up fits garbage can and 1 to light up wireless charging tray area), custom cup lights (Tonka of course), and mirror dash cam. Not a mod but threw in a dash of Dewalt and I listen to music via USB on MY ipod video. (Bonus sync gets it).

Thank you all for giving me the courage to do this kind of sh-t, and the patience to get to 500+. MTC is my daily medicine.

Sometimes the vision is unclear, not this time. This was a dog toy, I cut the other side out to fit snugly over the shifter but placed my roof light remote in first. So far I likin it, makes finding the shifters so much easier without looking.

If it's not obvious, I feel amazing during a modifying process.
I received @Maxzina 's side molle panels for the bed and hoped I could install them as intended, but because of my sports bar, they would both share the same bolt on the side rail. Knowing in the near future, I plan to install another accessory that uses that same bolt, I decided to take a different path.
I noticed my retractable tonneau cover has an unusable area on the front of the storage box it recoils into. So, using only the hardware provided with the molle panels, I installed it there. It did take some time planning and measuring, so much measuring, but I think I nailed it. It feels amazing having used these panels to provide storage in an area that I've never seen done before. I plan to keep the weight limit under 20# and don't plan on securing a load to it ever.

Tonka's first winter glamor shot. Liken the backdrop, there was no white stuff in '23-'24 for us to play in. For those getting buried in it the next couple of days, be safe.

Reminds me of Ford's Mighty F-350 Tonka Truck concept from 2002, but updated and more practical. The concept truck was insanely large and had a "hydraulic launch assist" - guess they hadn't figured out batteries yet.

Yes. He just upgraded his drone this week and would like to do a spring shoot. Don't need to twist my arm, I'm in.

There are some beautiful places there in the spring for sure. I keep looking at those fender flares. I like how they meet up with the factory black rock guards! Were they difficult to install?

Don't hesitate. Get em. I've done them twice, mine and my buddies. 1st time 1 hour. The first 45min to educate and familiarize myself, then the other 3 in 15 minutes. I always use a heat gun on any 3m install, but not necessary if above, I'd say 70°. Second time on my buddies, 30 minutes. Try to reuse oem clips, a bit stronger, but not a deal breaker. If you need mud flaps I recommend doing them at the same time. I have both from @MABETT .
