So I did the POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE PCM REPROGRAMMING and TURN SIGNAL OUTAGE DETECTION FAILURE
I also asked that they update sync 3.4 from the pos 22551 which they didn't.
Two things I have noticed are that I do not get a nice slow smooth stop in ECO mode now. There is a slight jerky slammed brake portion before it finally stops.
There is also this inconsistent of the truck turning on the parking brake by itself when you shut if off. Thought maybe it was sensing the incline but I park in the same spot at work (flat) and at home (incline) and some times it does and some times it doesn't at both locations. I don't care it just adds a step to me fleeing work
The sync update I did via USB since it wouldn't detect the need via wifi. Only took 10-15 minutes so not sure why people talk about how long it takes. Upload results file failed which seems to be consistent to everyone's experience.
The sync did not fix the switch to radio instead of giving the USB a chance to load and it did not fix the ability to follow a playlist so I still cannot listen to audio books.
Does anyone know how to report these issues to Ford?
