Anyone find a seatbelt extender for the back? Kids can't buckle with the car seats. Tried a few on Amazon and they don't work.

Looked into them for my wife’s Escape for the same reason. Ford makes OE ones, but there are warnings all over that using them for booster seats isn’t safe.

The seat belt extenders are free from Ford. You can go to a Ford dealer with parts dept. or order online from Ford for 2 cents each.

NOTE:
There is a lawsuit with Ford over using extenders with booster seats. Ford says they are NOT to be used with child seats.

A young boy ended up with brain damage, but there were a lot of extenuating circumstances. The dead father (died in car accident) had bought a Ford seat belt extender from a 3rd part website to use on a Nissan car. He wanted to help his son be able to buckle himself in with a booster seat. Apparently it clicked but still not a good lock. It opened during the accident and the boy hit his head.

Also note, Ford specifically designs different seat belt extenders to be used on very specific Ford vehicles. If Ford does not designate it to work on that vehicle, do not use it. There is no universal seat belt extender.
