From everything I have read, it means your Mav is assembled. There are potentially other steps based on your build to get to "built" status. For example, if you have a spray in bedliner, the vehicle heads to the "body shop" for that work.

If you heard sobbing, it was me! Yesterday my build week changed from 1-10-22to 1-24-22We ordered a velocity blue xl hybrid with just sprayin bedliner, spare tire, tow hitch, and floor mats. If the supply chain hadn’t run out of kleenex, I could dry my eyes.

That's not bad, just two weeks, mine moved four weeks though, and I still don't have a "built" notification yet.

Just received my built e-mail with a delivery estimate of Jan 26 to Feb 1 to Granger Ford in Des Moines. Area 51 Hybrid, Lariat, Lux, with floor liners/carpeted mats.

6/22 Ordered and confirmed via e-mail
10/21 E-mail with scheduled production week of 12/13
12/24 E-mail noting production week moved to 1/3
1/9 E mail indicating built with delivery estimate to Des Moines, IA of 1/26-2/1

I just received my “built” email! Delivery between Feb 5-11. Almost 8 months.

It's interesting. Now that the tracker is running again, mine shows a date of 1-8-22 by the "In Production" spot in the timeline, but nothing in the "Built" spot yet and I have not received a "built" email yet like some of you others. It does show an estimated delivery now of 2-20-22. The "activate vehicle" button on the FordPass app that just recently appeared is still not working.

Truck now has been built as of 1/8 and is now showing as being shipped. 12-28 days

My BCE modules are online, but the PCM has yet to be populated.

I'm right behind you - 1111/1535 but I still don't have a date next to "in production" or a delivery estimate. Hopefully in the next day or two!

Finally got through to the status tracking site. 112/1166. Truck was built Saturday Jan. 8th. Now waiting for it to be shipped. Estimated delivery showing Feb. 17th (Ontario, Canada).

126/1166 - also in Ontario.. Kingston to be exact. Showing built on Jan 8th and ETA Feb 10.

Where in Ontario are you if you don't mind me asking.
