My truck is pretty level from left to right, with the front gaps at 5.5" and the rear gaps at 6.75"

Springs settle. Also you can bounce it up and down a few times and get a different measurement.

It is a small difference and a trip to the dealer might make it worse so if it isn't pulling, vibrating, leaking, or causing smoke to pour out somewhere, you might be better to leave it alone.
If it really bothers you, sell it. I did that with a brand new Tesla after five months as it did so many strange things, I didn't even want to wash it.

I once had a Volvo with the notorious “Volvo Body Lean”. Seemed like a 500lb driver was behind the wheel! :)
You aren't kidding. I had a 1978 Volvo 245 that leaned as much in the driveway as it did cornering at speed.

Perfectly normal. Nothing is perfect in life. There are manufacturing variations and actual weight differences of the truck load, uneven ground, and spring rebound differences. Any mechanic is going to tell you this is normal with steel springs.

If you want perfection for your truck, use adjustable coilovers to fine turn ride height.

Unless you measure height from the chassis components your measurements are meaningless.

one fender may be lower one may be higher. All within specs.

Put it on a frame machine… then you will have accurate measurement.
