Is anyone else Missing a package on their window Sticker?

So Yesterday I noticed that I'm in Production ( yes!!!!) However I noticed I'm missing the Lux package that I order, and yes it was on the order e-mail when I ordered it back in July. I know its a mad mad mad world ( quote the movie). I'm not overly missing the Lux as it was a perk for me. What got me, is that on my window sticker I also have the 8.5 in screen which is part of the lux package. Just checking to see if anyone else noticed it too. or did your dealer give you a heads up?

Mine isnt missing but I thought all the screens are the same size regardless of trim or options

Did you drop the SIBL? The only way to drop that would have been to drop the Lux package.

I dropped nothing on it, I was waiting it out like everyone else. The only thing I did do back in Sept add the engine block heater, other than that just been waiting.

So, I received my email indicating that my Maverick was scheduled for production the week of 4/11. When you open the email it provides your vin number, accessories, packages etc. When I opened up the "packages" link, all I saw was CP-360 and 300A. I didn't see my luxury package listed. Strangely, when I looked under "Accessories" it had the stand alone options I ordered, but also had some of the options that were part of the luxury package, but didn't have all the luxury package items like heated steering wheel, seats, and mirror. After posting a thread indicating my dilemma, members told me that I would see the luxury package listed on my window sticker, which i do not have yet.

I contacted my salesman and he said it was still showing on the "order." He said that Ford wouldn't just remove an item without customer approval. So now I'm anxiously waiting for my window sticker to become available so I can actually confirm if my truck includes the Lux package. It is odd that the Accessories link did have some if the Lux pkg items.

Yep, that is what happen to me, and my MRSP is lower... by 4000 ( the cost of the Lux page. ). at least I'm not crazy and your not crazy, I guess we will be surprised when it shows up!

Ditto! I removed nothing! All I did do early on was added the CP-360 and changed color...that's it!

Did you contact your Salesperson to ask about where the luxury package was at? Did you send him a copy of the win sticker?

Not yet, planning on stopping there is week. because if I'm missing the Bed liner, I want to have an action plan to have that in before I pick up the truck long with the mud flaps I need to order. . Either done by Ford or by QTA ( local business that does truck work)

You know, as I think about, I wasnt expecting my truck until sometime this summer. When I received my scheduling email a few weeks ago, I was totally shocked. Now it's making sense; if they removed the luxury package, or parts of it, this would bump up its production date. Possibly doesn't need as many chips. Hmmm

Ford didn't remove anything, you're dealer would have. Whether they made you aware of it or not.

They could have gone into your order and started messing with your options and after the order bank closed once you removed the Lux package you couldn't add it back. Just a thought on what might have happened.

I should have my window sticker on or before 4/11. Not holding my breath, but maybe it will be there. Sounds like my salesman was trying to blame Ford for any potential screw-up!

There is absolutely no way Ford modified your order. Either your dealer did it without telling you or the order was submitted incorrectly from the beginning.

The slightly larger screen on the instrument panel is not related to Lux package, it comes standard on Lariat trim.
