I just discovered this while detailing my interior this evening. There's a pretty substantial gap behind the HVAC assembly. Just enough to see the clips and retainers that hold it in place. I shouldn't be able to see this. I understand that this is a cheap vehicle built in Mexico with not the greatest in precision but something like this is still unforgivable. Any idea on how to fix this? I'm sure someone will chime and say to take it to the dealer for a warranty issue but the thing is, I'm kinda skeptical on my dealership in the first place. I had the defective roof moldings replaced but in the process they stained my headliner. It was completely bordered with black grease marks and finger prints all over. So I had to leave it there and have an outsourced detailer come in and clean it back up to new again. Thankfully that's remedied but the fact I had to go through that process was inexcusable. So god knows what they would do to my dash/center stack if I bring it to them again. I'm sure I'll just have to deal with it if there's no other solution. It's that big of a deal but I know it's something that shouldn't be there. I am actually diagnosed with OCD so when I say it, I really mean it...

Mine sits slightly lower on right side like yours. Not nearly as much. That tells me something is adjustable back there.
