When I got my 22 XLT last year, my insurance went down from what I was paying for my 2019 Hyundai Tucson. When I got my 23 XLT last month, for some reason I was expecting an increase. But not the 47% increase they hit me with. Dropped Progressive like a hot potato and got a decrease in my premiums at GEICO. Also dropped the agency. When I asked why it went up 47% they said there was a 10% rate increase. OK, but 47% is a lot more than 10. Then, when I asked them to check if anything else was available, a week later, still no call from them. Idiots.

Cancel that. My mistake. It I asked her to quote it like my 2016 Jeep Cherokee looking deeper THE QUOTE IS FOR TWO VEHICLES.

I traded a 2019 Ridgeline for the 2022 maverick. , what's crazy is insurance went down 200 dollars on the maverick. They said the Ridgeline was a higher risk .

Cool, noted the OP's error. But continuing the theme of this thread, I dropped a beater carrying only liability, replacing it with the Maverick with high deductible full coverage (comprehensive & collision). The price was virtually the same.
