Indoor panels on ford mavericks - scratch prevention?

What do you recommend to help hide or keep from scratching anymore. I really dislike this plastic trash they used

l have these kick pads and they are great. I also put those silicone/rubber covers on the seat belt buckle that has made a huge improvement. The buckle has a tendency to scratch the pillars if you let it retract too quickly.

I did that as well with the seatbelts and yes a huge improvement, thanks.
