Maybe I like the XL beauty rings as they remind me of the chrome reverse look. Are y'all old enough to remember them?

The beauty rings do look nice on the XL steelies. But instead of chrome reverse wheels, the silver painted wheels with chrome rings remind me of the 1960’s rally wheels on Corvettes.

These are off a ‘67 Vette.

I was previously Rapid Red, but with all the recent lariat interior photos couldn't go red and blue... this is a sharp silver and makes the interior color irrelevant... I'm team iconic silver now!

This was my issue. I love the HPR so much in person, but my brain couldn't accept the blue interior.

This is six month later, haven't washed it over a month:

Added the drop-in bedliner, Rockblokz mudflappers, Steeda strut tower brace and the Perimeter Plus VSS. The light for Perimeter Plus is where the other lights are:

And of course, the customery tailgate letters:

Question....

The tires are getting dull, sort of brownish. I am hesitant to shine up the tires, pretty much stopped a good while ego, when the tire shine caused dry rotting. Is there newer products that do not cause dry rotting, what do you use for this purpose?

Love is a strong word for a hunk of steel and plastic, but yeah, I've started to like the Maverick SUV after six month or so...

It’s a work in progress but so fun to get back into the small truck scene. So far, lowered 3.5 in the back, 2” in the front, tinted windows, new 20” rims with 255/45/20 tires which work perfectly. I am going tomorrow to have the rims painted to match the truck silver color. Bed liner and tonneau cover on order from Ford. Lots more to do! I am loving it!

Zooming in they are Toyo tires...something country...maybe high country. All terrain.. That should be enough to google them.
