I need help with the Cleat Tie Down Kit C

Gang, help me out if you can. My dealer can't figure out how to add the Cleat Tie Down Kit C to my orders. He claims it doesn't exist. He has added both the spray in bed liner, and the cargo management system, but the full price for both shows up, no -$225, like I've seen on orders some have posted. I have been trying to get this added since the announcement came out. Right now my orders both have both the spray in bed liner, and the cargo management systems, and the associated prices of $495, and $225.
Are they missing a step or something?

On my order it's listed as '6 D-Link Bed Connectors'.

EDIT: On the FORD order tracking site it's listed as 'Bed Tie Down Locking Rails w/ 2 Locking Brackets'

On my order/on the order form, it was listed as "Bed Tie Down Locking Rails w/ 2 Locking Brackets", order code 61D.

Hope this helps. This is what I had to take to my dealer because they were having the same problem. I have to give credit to @fordvidioguy.

When I added SIBL and cleat tie downs, all I did was tell the dealer to add options 86G and 61D to the order and it worked perfectly. It is hard(er) to screw that up when they only have the option codes.

I just worked with the dealer on same change I sent these based on various other threads.

Add Spray In Bedliner (96G) $495 and Cleat Tie Down Jit C (61D) $225 this will hopefully add a -$225 discount for the Package.

The Order sheet will show for the cleat system ‘6 D-LINK BED CONNECTORS’ and Spray in Bed Liner. For a total cost of $495 after the discount.
