TBH, just buy a cheap electric screwdriver and a couple of composite ramps. The undertray comes off in 5 minutes and goes back on in the same amount of time. If you need the protection of a metal undertray go for it but for making an oil/filter change easier it is not necessary.

I installed the Rival skid plate when I did my first oil change. Should be doing the next change in a few months so I cannot speak about the change with the plate.

However, there was a prior post about issues with the oil pooling on the plate

There is another post about a possible re-design of the plate for oil filter access

I assume the hybrid has a carpet felt liner underneath. Mabey you could measure and cut out your own opening in the proper spot.

Mabey then you could fashion your own removable door with the cut out using some wires or clips.

The other alternative is to just remove the splash guard entirely. That's what I ended up doing on my focus. Not everyone is a fan of that though.

I used metal snips to make the hole by the drain plug big enough to drain oil through. Then I located the oil filter and cut a door into the felt liner underneath it. The door is hinged at the front by not cutting that side and it binds against the other edges to keep itself shut.
I run amsoil so I only do annual oil changes, but this has allowed me to never have pulled the whole liner down since new.

I did something similar on my 22, and used 1/4 turn catches to hold the “doors” closed. This worked well until I replaced the openings with 3d printed panels. Here’s a post on it:
