I see in the US there are ways to track your build . Is there some system in Canada to do this . I ordered a simple XL 4k tow in December. I have a bill of sale showing price and taxes as well as my deposit . I have been given zero information on my truck , I did contact the dealer once and was told very sternly that they will contact me when they know something . In other words not to bother them. Thanks

I don't think they know themselves. I was in the same situation and convinced myself they didn't order correctly... I asked multiple times for a VIN, but they didn't have it. 9.5 months after ordering, dealer called me and said it arrived.

That's exactly what my wife keeps telling me . Just be patient and one day they will call and say come pick your new truck up . It is frustrating though .

I spoke with my salesman the other day . He has no new information on my truck . He did say that I must be getting close though . They had 20 something Maverick orders in front of me and most have been built . I mentioned that I was hoping that my truck would not end up sitting in a Mexican dessert for months . He told me his story . He had ordered for himself a full size Bronco. He just received it a month ago after over a year wait . He said it was built without some chips ,and had sat on a lot in Detroit for 6 months . You would think that when the first chips come in they would go into trucks on the lot . That is not the case ,they want to keep the assembly line running . So only when there is a big surplus of chips do the go out and finish the trucks in storage .
