How to change MY 23 Hybrid to EB?

Can anyone tell me how the process works to change a Hybrid order to an EB? I have 2 Hybrids on order, and considering changing one to an EB. I asked my dealer about it, and he said they have to cancel my Hybrid order, so I wouldn't be able to order the EB until banks open for MY 24.......I know that is contrary to what Ford put out....but he also told me I could add the Bed utility package and get the discount...until I proved him wrong....Thanks for any help you can provide.

Your dealer sounds misinformed judging from their prior ignorance about the SIBL discount. You can absolutely change your Hybrid order to Ecoboost within WBDO. This should not require them to cancel your order at all.
