How much generally would it cost to convert an xl 2023 to the 12” screen on the 2025 if sourcing supplies from ebay?

Go to car parts.com type in ford transit look for 12” entertainment screen/apim and ACM. Buy harness/bracket from OEMPLUS send apim/ACM to Sam(OEMPLUS) to program. He also does remote programming

I don't think you will find a screen out of a 2025 Maverick for a fair price, until more are totaled. If everyone is looking for that item, the price will be more then it's worth. There is a post here that says look for a screen out of another Ford product that uses a 12" screen, and get the parts that go with it.
