Hot Pepper Red XLT no moonroof?

Decided upon this color and trim and found some in Texas and Georgia, however none seem to have moonroofs. Is this by design and just not available with this color?

Moonroofs aren't commonly ordered, I believe. I wanted one, so I likely suffered delays because if it.

It appears to be especially true on this color for some reason. There is an XLT in Dark Blue locally that I am strongly considering. I just put down a deposit on a white lariat but mostly to give myself the opportunity to test drive one and see what the Lariat looks like in person.

I just picked up a hybrid HPR with moonroof.

I suspect people putting on fairly frivolous options like a moonroof are more likely to go Lariat.
