I couldn't help but notice you said you will call for another lease extension. I very likely will have to do the same. I extended to April, but that was wishful thinking, as I don't even have my "in production" email yet. Let us know how that works out. I was wondering if that could be done.
This will be my 3rd lease extension. Just call Ford Finance or you can request an extension from the ford finance website on your account. The only rub is that in NY the law requires that the tax be paid up front so every time I extend the lease I get hit with the tax on the total of the monthly payments on the first month of the extension. When i first did this I didn't have a production date or anything. I just told them I had a Maverick on order from the dealer and they were more than happy to extend.

. I guess when it gets close to my extension end, I'll call Ford again. I didn't have to contact the dealer with my first extension except to get the phone # and info. Maybe by then I'll at least have a build date & VIN#. I hope anyway. Thank you for remembering to contact me with your info. I appreciate it.
