The actual order can only be put in by a dealer. If that hasn't been done, you don't have an order.

My suggestion would be to visit the dealership in person to make sure it has been submitted. You have to provide your email and drivers license for the order to be submitted. Once Ford receives it you will receive an email from Ford. Don't expect anything else from ford until you are scheduled for production.

I ordered a 2.0 XLT AWD. Haven't heard from the dealer yet.

If you have an order number there's a Ford telephone number that you can call to find out information about yours if any is applicable. If you didn't get an email confirmation there is a possibility the dealer didn't enter the order but I wouldn't assume that to be the case as its more likely that the email is in spam or something.

Have you contacted the dealer asking for an update? They should be able to at least give you the order number so you can verify everything with Ford.
