Hello Wave

Reading all the posts of "I saw one! Waved liked crazy, but they probably thought I was nuts!"
I suggest we need a recognizable wave. Motorcycles use the low arm gesture, bus drivers do the elbow on armrest, raise hand straight up gesture.

My suggestion would be a 3 finger salute, like a peice sign but 3 fingers for upside down "M".
