I've used the Contact us link twice now and haven't received a response back from support yet. Also double checked my profile settings and it's all good.
Mine stopped about 2 or 3 months ago. I tried everything I could try. I then switched to another email address and it works with that email address for notifications. No idea why it stopped with original email address.
