Do you guys think it's the VP of Engineering or something?

They have collected lots of data. One way street.
Can't they give us some ideas how our fix might go?
Look in the data.
This worked, that worked ....etc.
Come on. They have to know what's wrong, with this battery issue (among others). Their engineers have had over a year. At least tell us your still breathing over it.
My case got closed. No issue found.
My "Deep Sleep" has returned.
Why is Ford not in a hurry? Warm weather coming.
But, GREAT TRUCK.

Okay, let's have the monitors of the Ford account be forth coming. Do you work directly for Ford? or sub-contracted? or just pretending to represent Ford? Is there an outcome where you would reveal the information you have gathered about specific problems, Maverick Owners have, to the Maverick Owners? Or just dump it to Ford? My dealer had no idea that there was a case opened about my problem. He has no idea Ford had an interest. Do you contact the dealers involve? or is this 007 stuff?

I have tagged the The Official Ford Account on several posts over the last 12 months as well as sent direct PMs on several issues/questions. Nothing. Nada. Zero help in any way, shape, or form. As a company, Ford sucks. When I filled out my "new Maverick purchase" questionairre, I said as much. They truly do not care about the end users. My belief is that Ford monitors these forums just to figure out what primary issues are coming up that could get them sued or cause major news stories (i.e., all the over-heating and fire threads). For "probably not going to sue" issues like 12V battery issues and drain, Ford really does not care.

On the other hand, Tim Bartz from Long McArthur has been super, super incredible. I wished any of my local dealers were even 10% as helpful or knowledgeable.
