Has anyone had problem with the Lumen Touchlink Capacitive Touch LED Bed Lights?

Has anyone had problem with the Lumen Touchlink Capacitive Touch LED Bed Lights? Mine have gone from working great to only staying on for a short time to working great to now the Right/ Passenger side will not fully turn off. Until I can get to the dear I plan on disconnecting that light in hope to not drain my battery.

So the dealership replaced the lights but now they don't auto shut off and only one side works when 3rd tail light is off. Going on week 3 of repair.
