Soon to be owner I think so thought I would join the herd as I have been looking at the forum and all it's wealth of information and ideas. Ordered in September during the short "window" over the phone and texting with Mullinax Ford in WPB. Bought a Ranger there 2 years ago. It will be the trade in. What I have coming some day is an Alto blue 2.0 AWD XLT Lux package (moving to Colorado next May so wanted the heated seats) sliding window and full spare. I wanted the machine faced wheel option but didn't want the FX4 package required which added cost. Will go with some aftermarket wheels at some point and 245's which fill the wheel wells nicely I think. Some bed mods for skis and bikes no doubt. So far I have the order summary from the dealer on 9/20 and an update email from Ford on 10/31 which had no update. Should see another in mid December. Not holding my breath on any real production information. Hope I see it before I move though or I will be driving the Ranger back the do the deal. For now. regards, Jeff

Based on our experiences in '22, May delivery might be a bit optimistic. But then again Ford ramped up production very slowly in '22 and should go more quickly in '23. You won't be the first person to drive cross country to pick up your mav if it comes down to that. I guarantee you it will be a fun drive.

Thank you all for the greetings and well wishes. I'm hoping like this thing when I get it. Strange to buy a truck untested. Actually haven't sat in one yet though the deposit is refundable. We'll see.
